classes cancelled today due to SNOW.  i thought this would never happen out here, but alas, it did. and alas, it took 3 of us 4 1/2 hours to make it home last night from school.  that's normally a 25-minute drive.  We could have gone to portland...or vancouver...or if i was in the midwest, from toledo to grand rapids...in less than it took us to get home from bothell.

as painful as that was, i was in good company.  cheers to long unecessary road trips that are more like sitting on the road trips.
